Batch reminder for countersignature request

Fund managers and admins can now save valuable time and effort with the newly introduced Batch Reminder solution. Instead of having to send out multiple individual reminders for countersignatures, they can now send a single email to remind all investors at once.

This feature eliminates the hassle of managing incomplete countersign requests and streamlines the process for Fund Admins.

Filter AML/KYC requests by status

Now, fund managers can easily filter investors by AML/KYC request status in the filter panel, allowing users to track the status of AML/KYC requests just like they can with subscription documents.

The filter includes statuses like Pending Submission, Changes in Progress, Pending Approval, and Complete, making it convenient for users to access the information they need at a glance.

Document verification stamp for subscriptions

To ensure the security of subscription documents, we've added a verification stamp that displays the Investment Entity name and Investor ID when a document is downloaded. With the stamp, administrators can easily verify that the information on the subscription document matches the information of the Investment Entity originally invited to subscribe.

This feature is a preventative measure offered by Anduin in case the subscription documents got shared outside of the platform to unintended investors.

Advanced white-labelling

With Advanced White-labeling, our partners and enterprise customers can now provide a fully-branded experience to their investors and fund managers on the Anduin platform.

This new solution builds on top of the existing fund white-labeling feature, allowing further personalization experiences. Users can now access Fund Subscription via a custom domain, authenticate through a branded login and sign-up page, and access a branded Fund Subscription dashboard.
