What do you do at Anduin?

I am proud to say I am the first infrastructure engineer at Anduin and have been with the company for over 6 years now.

In my role, I'm responsible for designing, building, deploying, evaluating, and maintaining IT infrastructure to support Anduin and our platforms.

What attracted you to Anduin?

All of the talented people I met and get to work with.

What is your favorite part of your job?

I love that I have a lot of flexibility in my day-to-day and that my work is vital to keeping Anduin's platforms up and running smoothly.

What skills have helped you be successful at Anduin?

Being creative/inventive and having patience are the skills that have helped me be successful at Anduin.

What is something that is part of your daily routine when working from home?

When I'm able to work from home, I like to make juice in the morning for my family. My wife loves it, and we get to spend that time together before the workday starts.

What is the most important thing you've learned since starting at Anduin?

The most important thing I've learned is how to maintain balance. Things change quickly in a start-up environment and my role is critical to keeping Anduin going, so I'm agile and jump in to help when needed.

How would you describe Anduin in 3 words or less?

Fun, fast, and challenging.
